Forty years ago, a family with a simple idea started building something meant to last. Tonight, we celebrate that legacy — twenty communities, four thousand homes, and the countless people who have made Triton what it is today.
We are not just in the real estate business. We are in the business of human connection, safety, and comfort. Every single day, we provide homes and build caring communities for thousands of residents. That is a profound responsibility, and I am incredibly grateful for my partners Amy, Bruce, Lars, and Zane and for all our investors who believes in us to do so.
To our amazing employees: we hold immense gratitude for your hard work and deep commitment. You are the heartbeat of this company. I am so proud of our organization, but I am even prouder of the culture we have built together—one rooted in sincere, authentic care for each and every one of you.

Built to Last
Triton's roots trace back to 1980, when three siblings — Amy, Zane, and Lars — alongside their parents, Sue and Fred, turned a small idea into something greater.
In 1986, we built our first 8-plex. From there, Triton grew steadily, delivering one new community nearly every year between 1990 and 2020.
Today, Triton owns and manages approximately 4,000 units across 20 thriving communities in Utah and Idaho. Our foundation remains the same: family, commitment, and a relentless drive to build communities that stand the test of time.
