Description:
Requirements for all grounds and maintenance technician staff are:
honesty, proper physical condition for outdoor labor, ability to
ascend/descend flights of stairs regularly and operate a
variety of equipment. The positions have daily functions such as
completing service requests in a timely manner, close communication
with office staff, maintain and repair buildings; exterior,
plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, order parts, check
warranties, daily trash pickup, properly repair/update apartments,
and seasonal jobs such as operate snow removal equipment, service
pool/jacuzzi including chemicals, plants including grass, flowers,
trees, shrubs and weeding.
