Triton Investments is seeking personalities with a passionate spirit and a can do attitude.  Important skills and qualities wanted for positions:  great organization, and communication skills, outgoing, service oriented, possess strong sales techniques, team player, professional appearance, honest and fun.  The position assists with daily functions and operations of the community such as: leasing, customer service, administrative work, inspections, promoting / advertising the communities, move in / outs, community events, communication with vendors and maintenance / grounds technicians etc.  
High School Diploma
Computer Skills - MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Communication Skills - Proficient in English (written and verbal)

For Grounds or Maintenance Technicians - the following is a brief description of the position:
Completes work orders in a timely manner.  Communicates daily with office. Operates snow removal equipment.  Maintains and repairs buildings, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.  Replaces worn or damaged parts in appliances. Properly repairs units to be move into. Maintains pool and or jacuzzi, including chemicals and equipment daily.  Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Daily trash pick up and weeding. Responsible for ordering parts, & checking warranties. 

F/T Maintenance Technician needed for an established 184 unit community in Taylorsville, UT.  Salary to be discussed with supervisor.  Apply in person at 14528 So.
