High School Diploma
Computer Skills - MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Entrata knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills - Proficient in English (written and verbal), bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.

For Grounds and Maintenance Technicians
Important requirements for all grounds and maintenance technician staff are: honesty, proper physical condition for outdoor labor, ascending/descending flights of stairs regularly and operating a variety of equipment. The positions have daily functions such as completing service requests in a timely manner, close communication with office staff, maintain and repair buildings; exterior, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, order parts, check warranties, daily trash pickup, properly repair/update apartments, and seasonal jobs such as operate snow removal equipment, service pool/Jacuzzi including chemicals, plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs and weeding.
We drug test and conduct criminal background check prior to hiring.
